If you're after fun, head to Deck 84 in Delray Beach for a tropics-themed waterfront Easter brunch at an affordable price-point (Burt Rapoport and Rapoport’s Restaurant Group are the owners- same owners as Henry’s, Bogart’s, Max’s Grille). Walk-ins are welcome and a specialty menu will be featured, prepared by Executive Chef Chuck Gittleman. Bring the whole family in to enjoy fantastic specialties like Broccoli, Spinach and Gruyere Quiche ($10) served with Chef’s potatoes, fresh fruit and a muffin, or the Nova Smoked Salmon Flatbread ($13) served with scallion cream cheese and tomatoes on an everything flatbread. Deck 84 boasts a Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar from 12 to 3 p.m. to perfectly complement their inventive dishes. Guests choose from more than 20 ingredients to personalize their cocktail, with add-ons like grilled shrimp skewers and homemade beef jerky. Bring the little bunnies too; Deck 84 will have Cinnamon and Raisin French Toast ($4) or Scrambled Eggs and Chef’s Potatoes ($4) catered just for kids. Discover 4-star divine dining this Easter Sunday at this visually spectacular 8,000 square foot restaurant, which recently opened at the Terrace at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton (right next door to Blue Martini). Piñon’s Gourmet Brunch Menu offers New American, chef-driven cuisine crafted with fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients. Try local favorites like “Make Your Own Skillet Scrambler” ($12) and choose three whole eggs or egg whites with your choice of adventurous fillings like Beef Brisket, Gulf Shrimp, Pulled Chicken, and American Bacon, vegetables including asparagus, spinach, onions, red pepper, mushrooms, and cheeses like white cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, cheddar, and American. In a Brunch take on Piñon Grill’s Crab Cakes, the Crab Benedict ($16) is two mini crab cakes served on fresh-baked biscuits, topped with poached eggs, and finished with a hollandaise sauce and served with asparagus and home fried potatoes. Those craving a sweet midday meal can order the Piñon French Toast ($12), thick brioche bread dipped in French toast batter and rolled granola, cooked on the griddle and sprinkled with strawberries blueberries and bananas, topped with bacon and served with a side of syrup.

This gleaming establishment is now open for Sunday Brunch. Offering indulgent dishes that are spectacular yet affordable, the emphasis is on an atmosphere and dining experience that is thoroughly ‘prime.' Executive Chef Peter Masiello presents his A La Carte Brunch menu this Easter, featuring guest favorites like the Maine Lobster Omelet ($18) with artichokes, tarragon, and tomatoes, and the Atlantic Coast French Toast ($12) with candied walnuts and Prime’s delicate Ricotta.
