A Pinker Shade of Green at the Crossroads Financial 3rd Annual Golf Tournament

Crossroads Financial, LLC, donated more than $3,000 to The Connie J. Goodale Breast Cancer Foundation after the company’s third annual golf fundraiser held at Boca Raton's prestigious Broken Sound Golf and Country Club.

Held Friday, Nov. 12, golfers dined on a gourmet lunch assortment before hitting the green, where they networked and golfed on the Five Star Platinum Club of America course. Golfers enjoyed the clear November weather and kept cool with plenty of Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, plus tastings by the Blue Martini girls.

Later in the evening, auctioneer David Weiss led the live auction, raising excitement for exclusive items and experiences. Sport buffs bid on an autographed Muhammad Ali photo and a Mickey Mantle-signed baseball bat, both courtesy of sports Immortals, and a chance to see Lebron, Wade and Bosh at any Heat game of the year with four eighth-row tix.

Amazing experience packages entitled bidders to fighter pilot training, private surfing lessons, fishing trips out of Islamorada, and a day behind the wheel of a NASCAR race car. There were plenty of golfer getaways, including a golf foursome at the Boca Resort & Club and a luxe stay at the Omphoy (yes, please!).

Bidders doing some holiday shopping chose from a Fender guitar signed by all members of Creed (complete with backstage passes), premium Italian scooters, necklaces from celebrity jeweler Jennifer Zeuner, and a trio of adorable puppies from Love My Puppy in Mizner Park.

Our always-fabulous sponsors helped make the event a success, with hot cars from Millenium International and cool cocktails from 4 Orange Premium Vodka (the world’s first and only vodka created from pure oranges!). Sobieski, Mamajuama Rum, Budweiser, Michelob Ultra, and Blue Martini also gave generous alcohol contributions, and renowned restaurant establishments, including the just-launched Deck 84, Il Bacio Delray and RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, supported the cause with gift certificates.
